Cape Town, South Africa – Best Day Out, the vibrant one-day festival that brings together music, food, and family fun, returns for its highly anticipated second edition on Saturday, 29 November 2025, at the iconic Cape Town Company Gardens.

After a successful debut, Best Day Out is back with a new venue right in the heart of the city. The 2025 edition promises a bigger and better experience, celebrating Cape Town’s rich creative culture through a curated mix of live bands, DJs, artisanal food and drink, lawn games, a dedicated kiddies’ area, market stalls, and more. With something for everyone, the festival is fast becoming a must-attend highlight of the city’s summer season.

This year, Best Day Out expands its vision with the support of Mission for the Inner City, who join as a collaborator to elevate the experience and infuse fresh energy into the festival’s creative direction.
